Due to recent project awards MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced Senior Structural Draftsperson to join our growing team here in West Perth.

MACA Interquip Mintrex is a division of MACA Ltd and is a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector specializing in the design and construction of mineral processing, hydrometallurgical facilities for clients across Australia.

Responsibilities include:
- Provides CAD technical support and develops solutions for all application problems.
- Create 3D and 2D models using AutoCad software.
- Extract information from Vendor and third part drawings to include in Engineering drawings.
- Create drawings and models for review from both written and verbal specifications.
- Drafting from concept sketches or SpaceGass models to 3D modelling through to 2D general arrangements as they relate to mining assets.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Significant experience in mining, mineral processing plant design.
- Experience in 3D modelling and drafting in a relevant CAD package.
- Proficiency in the layout of structures and concrete.
- Previous experience using Autodesk software.
- Competency in design checking.
