Drill and Blast Mining Engineers $300k+

We are looking for Drill and Blast Mining Engineers to join with our clients in their Open Cut operations in the Hunter Valley on a DIDO or residential basis. The Roles

We are currently looking for Mining Engineers with open cut coal Drill and Blast experience to assist sites.  

The roles feature a 5/2 or 4/3 rosters, where you are paid for the hours you work, and are open for Residential options around the Hunter Valley or DIDO from Sydney or surrounding areas, where all accommodation/travel will be paid for.

We pride ourselves on having a team of top quality consultants who we are able to pay industry leading rates due to our low overheads and Tier 1 client base. 

All travel and accommodation expenses are paid for so you are not left out of pocket for food, accommodation or travel.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

• A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or similar;
• Proven track record in open pit coal mining operations as a Drill and Blast engineer.
• Expertise using Vulcan/Deswik CAD/Spry will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional and professional communication skills to engage and influence other personnel within the business.
• Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Maintain an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
