About The Role
A fantastic leadership opportunity has become available for a Drill and Blast Supervisor at our Tarrawonga Mine. Bring your expertise into this position and lead high performance Drill and Blast activities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct supervision of the Drill and Blast operations and effectively allocate resources
- Maintain a safe operation ensuring statutory compliance whilst demonstrating visible safety leadership
- Provide planning and leadership to co-ordinate Drill and Blast activities for the coal operations
- Provide support, mentoring and monitor training of Drill and Blast crew
About You
- Demonstrated mining experience including supervision of Drill and Blast
- Shot firer and Drill Competencies are desirable
- Willingness to work a 9 day fortnight roster and relocate to the area
- Ability to pass a NSW Coal Board Medical
