Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions
- Developing customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs
- Providing guidance and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to training plans
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
