The role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to prepare and conduct training for 60+ drivers, conduct new and existing driver assessments, maintain training matrix and report on all training and assessment activity. Conduct new driver inductions including policy and procedure training as well as a variety of other bus related training. You will need to have experience in a similar role and be able to gain the respect of your peers.
About you:
- You hold a Certificate IV Driver Training and Assessment
- You hold a current Qld HR Driver’s license (or higher)
- You have or can acquire a Qld Drivers Authorisation
- You have excellent communication & customer service skills
- You have excellent personal presentation and a flexible approach to work
