AddressAustralia's largest dry cleaner is looking for a fashion forward, Customer Service Casual to work at our flagship store in Fortitude Valley!
The shifts this role covers are:
Wednesday and Friday: 1pm to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 1pm
You must be available to cover all the shifts listed above. More shifts may also become available due to staff holidays and sickness, at this store and others.
The ideal candidates will love fashion, and know the difference between a jacket, a shacket, jeans and jeggings. You've got an eye for brands and understand that our customers' clothes are their pride and joy. You're a Customer Service superstar, who will go out of your way for your customers to ensure that we deliver on our brand promise, “It's right, it's ready or it's free!”
The role is purely Customer Service and you won't be required to do any cleaning. You will greet our customers, take in and write up their orders, check returned garments for quality, answer customers' questions about garment care methods and practices and follow up on any issues or forgotten orders.
Ideally you'll have retail experience, preferably in a fashion setting. At minimum, you'll have an understanding of garment styles and fabrics, and you'll be confident handling expensive garments with care. You'll have a very strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, a customer focus and a very friendly disposition.
You'll be rewarded with an hourly rate which is subject to penalty rates. You'll also be given a monthly allowance of free Dry Cleaning!
