Clinically experienced support workers required to support new child client with regular suctioning support

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who have experience supporting people with complex care, mental health conditions and challenging behaviors.
About the Role:
  • In home care assisting and enabling participants with daily tasks inc. meal preparation, personal care and administering medication.
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
  • Support and enable participants to achieve their goals.
About You:
  • Experience with manual handling.
  • Clinical experience is highly valued due to the complex care needs of of our participant.
  • Experience across a range of disabilities, including complex care, challenging behaviors, Mental Health, and Autism.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
  • Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
  • NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus own car is desirable.
