Your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine the layout of ductwork.
- Measuring and cutting ducts to appropriate sizes using hand and power tools.
- Assembling and installing ductwork according to design specifications and industry standards.
- Sealing joints and connections to ensure quality and optimal system performance.
- Collaborating with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Conducting quality inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the ductwork.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Duct Installer or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of W.A.
