Our client is one of Australia & NZ's leading commercial buyers agency working with clients to purchase in commercial assets national wide. They specialise working with investors to purchase high-grade tenanted assets.
The Role:
- Analysing commercial properties and opportunities
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis, culminating in a comprehensive Due Diligence package for presentation to the clients
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Research and take the lead on process and systems improvements
- Prepare and present reports & findings to clients
- Bachelor Degree in Property Economics, Business or Finance
- 2+ years experience in a similar role or valuations
- Strong report writing & analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines & work in a fast paced environment
