ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. They operate seven Bowen Basin mine sites with roles available across the operations with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be working as a Dump Truck Crew Trainer on a coal mine near Moranbah within the Overburden Department. You will be responsible for training Entry Level Dump Truck Operators on CAT 793, CAT 797 & KOM 930 Dump Trucks, training and passing out Operators on light vehicles and refreshing existing Operators Dump Truck skill for another 5 years validation. You will also be working a 7/7 rotating roster on a site based near Moranbah. Roles are available for residential (Moranbah region), DIDO and FIFO (Brisbane) candidates.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous mining experience operating CAT 793, CAT 797 & Komatsu 930 Dump Trucks
- Previous mining experience working as a Dump Truck Crew Trainer within a coal mining environment.
- You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
- SSE signed skills list, Trainer Assessor qualifications, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
