Duty Manager

Crown Towers captures the essence of its harbourside setting and is a sanctuary within Sydney. Supporting operations, the Hotels Team play an integral role in successfully working together to elevate the hotel experience.

We are now looking for Duty Manager to help lead operations for our award winning Hotel.

As the Hotel Duty Manager, you will be in a fast paced, highly interactive environment where there will be a focus on providing the highest level of guest service and satisfaction across all areas of Hotel Operations including Front Office, Valet Parking, Housekeeping, and Concierge.

As one of the key members of the Front Office Management team, the Hotel Duty Manager will need to be highly visible in hotel operations and have competence approach to handling guest complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Additionally, the role will involve building effective relationships within the business as well as being a supportive role model for a positive workplace culture.

Key selection criteria:

• Established experience in a management role within Front Office or Hotel operations
• Experience in guiding and mentoring a team
• High level conflict resolution experience to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
• Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas of the property
• Previous experience within a 5 star property preferred
• Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA, highly regarded
• Knowledge of Forbes star rating highly regarded

Note: Crown Towers Sydney operates 24/7 and the roster will involve weekends and some overnights on an ad hoc basis. This is a full-timeopportunity, which requires full working rights and availability.
