As a Gaming Duty Manager, you will playa pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties, including but notlimited to:
Cash Handling:
- Accurately and responsibly manage cash transactions.
- Conduct regular cash audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial protocols andprocedures.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance theoverall customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries,or concerns.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric environment amongthe team.
Opening and Closing Procedures:
- Oversee the proper opening and closing of the business.
Leading a Team:
- Assume a leadership role by motivating and guiding teammembers.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Supervising and Directing Staff:
Qualifications and Skills:
- RSA
- RSG
- Gaming license
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliation.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Familiarity with opening and closing procedures in aretail or service setting.
