The newly built Citadines on Walker, North Sydney, now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Front Office team as Duty Manager / Assistant Guest Service Manager. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.
You will have a proven track record in efficient and effective hospitality operations and have assisted with the training and development of staff.
Key experience and skills required:
- two or more years experience in a hospitality position
- Flexible availability as shifts will cover a 7-day roster
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess outstanding leadership skills
- The ability to be organized and work in a timely manner
- The highest level of professionalism and presentation
- As a hotelier, take complete responsibility for directing and overseeing the Front Office department and property operations.
