SalaryBridie O'Reilly's is a busy late night Irish pub in the heart of Chapel Street, South Yarra. We are currently recruiting a new full-time Duty Manager.
If you have had a minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisor or similar role and are ready to use your skills, we would like to hear from you. You will be in charge of running the day to day operations with a "hands on" management style to ensure a smooth operation and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Applicants should note the following key requirements:
* Minimum 1 years’ experience as a supervisor or Duty Manager.
* Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality
* Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate staff
* Strong product knowledge with a keenness to further improve learning and development
* Excellent customer service with the ability to up sell
* Computer literate
* Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Must have a current RSA certificate
