The Mirage Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and will report to the hotel's Licensee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Handle gaming machine operations
- Available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong work ethic and people management skills
- Customer service skills
- Sound computer competency skills
- Valid RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications
