Duty Manager, Bar Staff and Gaming.

With increased turnover, and a brand new Head Chef we are now seeking Duty Managers, Bar Staff and a Gaming Attendants to join our ever expanding team here at Central Lane Hotel.. 

You will need be an organized professional with an eye for detail who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.  

You will:  .

• Work well under pressure in a high energy environment.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Have had experience working within the hospitality industry.
• Be reliable, flexible and hard working.

Your role will include: 

• Opening and closing the Hotel.
• Organizing staff with their daily duties.
• Managing money .
• Working Gaming, Bistro and / or Bar shifts.
• Working in Gladstone only Bowling Alley which also includes a Self Service Karaoke Room and multiple Interactive Dart Boards
