The Operations Centre located at the RFDS Dubbo Base is provides a 24-hour operation and we have a current vacancy for a Duty Operations Coordinator. The role is responsible for answering incoming calls and coordinating all flight &/or ground operations undertaken and managed by Dubbo Base to ensure all flights are undertaken in a timely, logical and safe manner in accordance with the various contracts held by RFDSSE.
Ideally, you will have experience in a health care, aviation or logistics setting. You will exhibit sound communication, administration and organisational skills, and will be comfortable in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinators will work a shift roster covering a span of hours 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, with some periods of unsupervised attendance.
