Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work closely with Queensland's number 1 agent to assist in managing and growing our listing portfolio.
• Conduct property market analysis and research to assist in pricing and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate property viewings, open houses and client meetings.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from listing to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow agents and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Active real estate licence with a minimum of 2 years listing and selling experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
