Description/Responsibilities
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing client relationships by overseeing project coordination and execution within the electronic discovery industry. This position requires strong team leadership skills and a professional background in electronic discovery to effectively manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client representatives, taking ownership of service delivery relationships.
- Pre-sales, be the SME working alongside the BDMs.
- Drive overall client satisfaction through efficient coordination and clear communication of client deliverables.
- Ensure that client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy by verifying and communicating regularly with clients and internal partners.
- Maintain up-to-date records of the status of all projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Demonstrate leadership to both clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Instil confidence with clients and serve as a primary public face of our company's high-quality service delivery.
- Organisaing and maintaining electronically stored data.
- Best practice and compliance.
- Maintain databases.
- Experience in eDiscovery or Legal Technology Assisted Document Review is ideal.
- Experience in Relativity, Nuix , Reveal would be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding and experience across the EDRM model.
- Strong IT literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL is desirable..
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gained through experience in project management positions.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations and adaptation of company capabilities to meet client requirements.
- Strong understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively control all aspects of a project, develop project plans, balance client requirements, foster relationships, and review financial and billing information to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
