Job description

We are looking for EAP Clinicians to join a growing organisation that values experience and is well-respected in the wellbeing industry.

As a Clinician, you will work with your clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.  

We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the following areas:  counselling and coaching, workplace support and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
  • Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns
  • Values-led approach to supporting a client’s wellbeing journey
