AddressBees Nees Early Learning is a small, family owned and operated service, licensed for only 30 children a day, aged between 18 months and 5 years. We pride ourselves on the personalised service that we offer to our families, children and the local community.
An opportunity has become available for a :
Full time Diploma or Cert 3 position, working Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week, between operating hours 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Role and Responsibility for the position:
- To work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care;
- Work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Early Childhood Australia;
- Implementing the service’s philosophy in undertaking all other duties;
- Facilitate the implementation of an Early Childhood program guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate 3
- Hold a First Aid Certificate, anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training
- Experience with the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Hold a current Working With Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
Desirable
- 12 months experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Have a strong understanding of children aged 2-5 year olds
- Willingness to accept the role of a Responsible Person
