About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
- Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
- Promote and advocate good health and treat every child's health as a top priority
Qualifications required
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children's services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Employee Working with Children Check

Lightning Reef ELC is 115-place centre co located with primary school and maternal health rooms Working in alignment with YMCA Victoria's philosophy, our service prides itself on fostering and enhancing children's learning through play, while also providing our community with high quality care and education.
