Our service operates 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday

We are on the hunt for some fun, energetic, creative educators to join our family on a Permanent and Full time basis.

What we are looking for....

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards
• Certificate lll in early Childhood Education

OR

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or working towards

Your job will include

• Prepare, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups
• Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes.
• Nurture the whole child’s development, respecting the children’s individual needs, abilities and interests.
• Provide consistent, caring and adequate supervision of children at all times
• Provide open communication channels with parents and staff
• Respect parent’s feedback about the service and raising issues with management immediately
• Undertake and implement the requirements of the National Quality Framework
• Maintain relevant and accurate data as required and as relevant to National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Complete documentation and programs required to support the NQS outcomes

About you

• Understand the National Quality Framework
• Understanding of the importance in evaluating developmentally appropriate programs and routines for individual children and groups
• Understanding around the importance of recording and maintaining accurate observations
• Great communication to be able liaise with families and outside agencies when required
• A genuine passion for providing a nurturing and caring environment for preschool children aged from 6 weeks to school age

• Current First Aid and CPR
• Child Protection Training Certificates - Through their eyes
• Do Food Safely
• Working with Children's Check - (WWCC)
