Lead Educator salary range is between $70,000 - $73,000 plus superannuation.
Task & ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
- Be inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
- Ability and motivation to build positive and meaningful relationships with Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community
- Have a passion for the RIE approach
- Be open to our unique way for programming and practice
- Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy
- Be relentless in their pursuit for excellence for children
- Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs for young children designed for Early Childhood education and care.
- An ACECQA nationally approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Valid Working with Children's Check.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to implement innovative and unique programming and practice for the team
- Passion and dedication to building positive relationships with Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community
