We are looking for diploma-qualified OSHC educators, Diploma qualified educators, and assistants who are dedicated to providing a high-quality learning environment for our families.
Applicants should be warm, caring, respectful, and able to work with other educators and team members to deliver a child-interest-based learning program.
A successful candidate must be a team player, reliable, dedicated, and eager to expand their knowledge and experience. Ongoing training, support opportunities, and permanent employment are provided for qualified educators.
All Applicants must hold a Certificate III, a Diploma of children's service (or working towards), a current working with children check and a to-date first aid certificate.
Qualifications & experience
- An approved ACECQA Early Learning Teaching Qualifications. Currently pursuing or willing to enrol in an approved diploma-level qualification.
- Possesses a deep passion and unwavering dedication to creating a fun and relaxed environment for Early childhood and school-aged children.
- Mandarin language
- experience working in a childcare setting.
- Organisational and teamwork skills.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Current first aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training.
- Working with children check.
- Drivers Licence
- Good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a curriculum based on the Service’s philosophy whilst following National Quality Standards and National Regulations.
Create a positive learning environment, including intentional play-based learning provocations.
Observe and record children's growth development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.(OWNA)
Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its educators.
Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviours.
Build good, open communication with children, families, and staff.
Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its educators.
Availability to work from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday and willing to travel around different places.
Have input into the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan.
