We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic experienced educator with a passion for caring for nursery aged children to join our team on a full time or part time basis, ongoing.
Town and Country Children's Centre is a high quality, long standing centre located in Highton Geelong Vic.
Our centre's team of passionate and dedicated educators have years of experience and create a friendly and fun work environment whilst always striving to provide a high level of care and education.

The successful applicant will:
- Be flexible and adaptable in working throughout all rooms
- Hold a certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's services or be actively working towards and have experience working in a centre
- Be experienced in supporting nursery aged children, building secure and nurturing connections.
- Have experience working in the Early Childhood industry
- Be passionate about building connections with families and the community
- Be passionate about high quality education and continuous improvement
- Contribute to and be involved in the program
- Have an thorough understanding of the EYLF & NQS
- Have a clear understanding of documentation and planning
- Be passionate about high quality education and continuous improvement
- Have an interest in education in the natural environment and sustainability.
