The Sanctuary of Early Learning is growing and we need you! Come and join a leading provider in Early Childhood Education at Mt Eliza House Sanctuary of Early Learning!
Mt Eliza House is part of a group of three boutique centres under the same providers on the Mornington Peninsula, offering you a more personal approach to your working environment. Mt Eliza House is a state-of-the-art service with well resourced classrooms and large natural outdoor environments. The service is licensed for 123 children per day across 7 spacious classrooms inclusive of separate 3 and 4 year old kinder rooms.
Mt Eliza House engages in fortnightly music and movement classes along with Spanish and a sustainability program. Our Kinder rooms are encouraged to go on all types of excursions and with the use of our 12 seater bus and parks and shops within walking distance, there are so many options.
Staff wellbeing is paramount to us and is reflected in our wellbeing program.
This program may look a little different at each service, depending on the need of the educators. Some of the wellbeing opportunities at the other services include: ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ (lunch provided on Wednesdays), subway and smoothie days, team bonding events etc.
Ideally, candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 year experience Teaching in Early Childhood Education and care
- Current VIT
- Current first aid certificates
- Current mandatory reporting certificate
- Do food safely and allergy training certificates
This is a permanent full time position to be worked over 5 days per week.
