Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- ECT Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
