Are you passionate about Early Childhood education? Talent Focus, in partnership with a highly established childcare provider, who is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher. 

This Childcare Centre offers a nurturing environment, specializing in nature pedagogy. Modern facilities include bright, natural spaces and outdoor play areas with features like mud play, sand pits, and a nature reserve for exploration. 

You will lead hands-on teaching in a play-based learning setting for children. As a supportive leader for families, children, and your colleagues, you’ll foster a culture of belonging and growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA)
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
