How you'll make a difference
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of exceptional learning experiences for preschool children. We have developed a School Preparation Program with experts in the field and we are looking for you to help implement this. Supported by the Nominated Supervisor and Approved Provider, you will build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and educators.
You will have a real passion for working with children and helping them grow and develop through inquiry-based learning creating inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments. This includes forming meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child.
What you'll bring to the team
You will have completed an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching degree or more than 50% working towards. You will be able to demonstrate success in implementing early education programming. The ideal candidate will be warm and empathetic, while also possessing strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience in using OWNA would be an advantage.
Other requirements include:
- First aid certification
- Child protection certification
- Working with children check
- Evidence of completed or in progress qualification
