- ECT Room Leader/Educational Leader
Responsibilities:
- Delve into the realm of child development, fostering physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth for our little ones aged 0-6 years.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create enriching programs and experiences.
- Empower children through engaging programs designed to nurture development.
- Foster the wellbeing of every child, documenting progress and advocating for children.
- Lead the rooms in engaging experiences both indoors and out.
- Spark joy and enthusiasm as you guide fellow educators through reflective practices, igniting their passion for excellence in the industry.
- Foster child routines and explore every challenge as an opportunity for growth.
To Excel in This Role, You Must:
- Hold or be actively pursuing a diploma and/or and Bachelor Qualification in Education, with at least 2-3 years of hands on experience.
- Radiate positivity and teamwork
- Thrive as both an educator and showcase leadership skills.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills That Set You Apart:
- A deep understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Expertise in crafting curriculum plans that inspire and engage.
- Child protection training & First Aid Training
- Leadership skills and experience as a Room Leader and/or Educational Leader
