Qualifications & experience
- Assisting centre staff in daily routines.
- Providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment for children.
- Delivering group activities with children.
- Documenting and interpreting children's behaviour, educational development and social skills in accordance with the EYLF V2.0
- Contributing to educational programs.
- Supervising children ensuring they are in a safe and educational environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Qualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood / Childcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- A bright, bubbly, and fun-loving personality, A positive, friendly and "can do" attitude.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision and display a high level of initiative.
- Have enthusiasm & commitment to the Early Childhood sector.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Willing to obtain a Police Check
