About The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to create inspirational indoor and outdoor learning spaces
- Catering to individual needs and providing a structured routine for growth and development
- Working closely with families and educators to ensure each child's success and well-being
- Implementing best practices for safety and promoting a nurturing environment
- Designing and delivering developmentally appropriate educational programs
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma OR Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- A NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- An understanding of NQF and EYLF frameworks
