As an Education temp Recruiter you will be responsible for placing candidates into early childhood temporary roles. You will work with clients across the childcare centers & kindergarten's to provide the very best recruitment service and ensure their temporary educator requirements are quickly met.Across the Education team they specialise in Early Childhood, OSCH, Schools, Further education recruitment.Responsibilities include

• Build, nurture and manage your relationship with early learning providers
• Business development with new and existing clients
• Coordinate all candidate shift bookings
• Client support and management
• Plan and execute hiring strategies
• Market mapping
• Management of large state based and national accounts at multiple levels and with different stakeholders
• Staying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on early learning terminology.

What you will need to succeedWe are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

• Proven success in recruitment, call or contact centre, sales or fast- paced customer service environments
• You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Experience hitting KPI's
• Resilient
