We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience working directly with customers. Ideally you have worked in the fashion industry and have a strong passion for all things fashion.
Your role is an integral part of ensuring the continued growth of The Self Styler. You will be our first point of contact for all customers and it will be your responsibility to ensure that their experience is a pleasant one from start to finish.
This is a full-time role (Mon-Fri) based in our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. Your role will include (but not limited to):
- delivering exceptional Customer Service to our community through phone, text, DM's, live chat and email enquiries
- keeping our customers informed and happy with your professional and empathetic communication style
- processing all customer returns and/or exchanges, including stock adjustments
- picking and packing orders when needed
- gaining an understanding of the product ranges to offer product and style advice to customers
- assisting in the showroom when necessary
- general office duties and support to other staff where required
What you'll need:
- 2+ years in a Customer Service role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Experience with Shopify preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
- A positive and engaging communication style in customer communication
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organise personal workflow, prioritise and manage time efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, outstanding attention to detail
- Be highly motivated & a self-starter
