Position:Ecommerce Customer Service Agent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm
Are you an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Agent with a passion for providing exceptional service? An award winning Burleigh cosmetics company, with a leading name in the beauty industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch Customer Service to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently through, chat, email and telephone.
- Manage order processing and coordination using Shopify and MYOB.
- Maintain organized records and follow established systems meticulously.
- Exhibit fast and accurate touch typing skills for efficient communication and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Ecommerce Customer Service or warehouse roles.
- Proficiency in Shopify and MYOB platforms.
- Excellent high level computer & office skills
- Exceptional email and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, friendly team.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about maintaining neat and orderly work processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience or qualifications in the cosmetics or beauty industry (advantageous but not essential).
