About the role
Supporting the National Ecommerce Manager, you will own the end-to-end performance and management of the website for your brand across trade, web optimisation and campaigns to the on-site trade plan, site experience and engagement for our online customers.
You'll also:

  • Deliver the trade plan for the brand, planning out aligned weekly promotions, offers and activations as well as the corresponding execution plan
  • Build and develop online only promotions and offer with a commercial view to drive key business outcomes such as sales and profit
  • Deliver the merchandising and optimisation strategy, as well as range reviews, clearance program and product optimisation with your team
  • Manage third-party tools to deliver optimisations to drive conversion and incremental revenue through enhancing the site experience through A/B testing and additional messaging
  • Use data and analytics to discover opportunities, wins and risk to own and resolve for your brand
  • Use trade reporting and data to create opportunities, identify key insights and increase web metrics
About you and your skills
You have extensive experience working in B2C Ecommerce Web, with end-to-end ownership and management, as well as digital and commercial analytics and insights (product & category).
You'll also have:
  • Experience in website trade commercials for webs and digital marketing channels
  • Experience in offer and promotion planning and development including category & product mix
  • Exposure to end-to-end campaign planning, on-site execution and tracking as well as developing trade plans and website growth strategies
  • Experience in BAU trade & website optimisation strategies and tasks
  • Experience with developing third-party tool roadmaps and A/B testing plans
  • leadership capability with experience managing and mentoring direct report(s)
