Form of workOldfield Early Learning is a brand-new purpose-built centre for children between 0 – 5 years old. We are a family-owned and operated centre. Underground car park available for all staff and families. Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for children, their families, and the community. Our mission is to provide quality care for all children.
We are looking for professional, passionate, committed educators to join our team.
Positions Available:
- 0-1 Room Assistance
Responsibilities:
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
- Work to create positive and stimulating environments to support children
- Observe and evaluate children's development and learning
- Knowledge of developmental areas
- Communicate positively with children and staff daily
- Create and implement programming and planning for children
- Passion for early childhood education
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
You will need:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, Cert 3 or working towards
- Working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF, and NQS
- Working with Children Check
- Passionate about working with children
- Work part of a team and communicate effectively
