What qualities and requirements are we seeking for potential Team Members?

• We value a diverse range of qualities in our team members. We consider candidates with Diplomas, and ECT qualifications and are looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• It is crucial to meet the NSW working with children's requirements and preferred that you have the ability to open and close the service. 
• Effective communication skills, along with a genuine willingness to mentor and support others, are highly regarded. 
• We seek individuals who are open-minded, adaptable, and consistently self-reflective for personal growth.
