Position: Early Childhood Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor and support individualized child development.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State teaching certification or licensure for Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
