ECT - Rockdale

This wonderful centre based in Rockdale are seeking a passionate ECT to join their fantastic purpose built Centre and either lovely team!

Offering

• Up to $45 per hour
• Full-time, permanent employment
• 4 or 5 working days, condensed hours options
• 6 weeks annual leave
• Time off the floor to focus on lesson planning and scheduling
• Trusting and supportive Director, providing the ability to implement teaching and pedagogy freely
• Wonderful team members, working collaboratively within the Centre
• On-site parking
• Free meals and childcare within the centre

Successful applicants will have:

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• An excellent understanding understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great mentoring and leadership skills
• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
• Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
• At least 1 years experience as an ECT, or in a similar position
