- Providing exceeding education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
- Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
- Committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), keeping up to date with current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, integrating new knowledge into practice.
- Completed Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- At least 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, or equivalent
- Right to Work in Australia
