Education And Membership Analyst

What you'll be doing

• Understanding our members and students: Utilise our CRM (Zoho) and Student Management System (JR Plus) to identify actionable insights and trends for membership and student enrolments.
• Identify the gaps: Help construct targeted marketing campaigns based on segmentation analysis to optimise membership acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive membership growth.
• Work closely with the Education and Training team to identify target segments for student acquisition and build campaigns to maximise reaccreditations and therefore revenue.
• Build reports that links Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours for professional members to their events activity, and help match members to prospective event topics.
• Comfortably navigate through multiple sets of data and ambiguity to derive actionable insights and recommendations
• Enhance our member and student reporting, using existing and new dashboards.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience working with CRMs and Membership and/or student data analysis. Experience with Zoho or JR Plus an advantage.
• Strong understanding of segmentation techniques and their application in marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation tools/software.
• Experience in developing reporting systems and dashboards preferred
• Commercial savviness, and initiative in abundance!

This is full time or part-time (4 days) per week. We offer a range of staff benefits including 9-day fortnight and other flexible working arrangements.

Based in Melbourne, working across multiple states and teams.

CRM experience is a must, with proficiency in Excel, reporting/dashboarding.
