With ambitious growth plans underway nationally, a unique opportunity exists for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Manager to manage the strategic LMS platform, the 100+ courses currently offered online to our 80+ customers across Australia having 5,000 registered users.
The Opportunity and about the role:
Reporting to our very hands on General Manager and working within a close knit team, the position requires the combination of Account Management, Leaning Management System management and instructional design optimization with help desk customer support.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the LMS Team to achieve set goals
- Utilise problem determination and troubleshooting techniques to identify and effectively resolve client issues
- Monitor client/industry needs to keep courses up to date with latest learning trends
- Maintain and build key personal relationships with clients and internal HCA stakeholders and users of the LMS
- Research, explore and discuss new Online Learning tools available and suitable for use in our products
- Promote HCA’s E-Learning products as effectively as possible, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
- The ability to lead a successful team

- In depth knowledge and management of E-Learning platforms and learning technologies
- In depth knowledge and management of Shopify platform
- Experience in online content development and digital learning
- Experience using the LearnUpon LMS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Experience in an IT Service desk environment
