We are an elite established coaching business that nurture kid's interest in learning. We are looking to hire an Education Planner ( Contract with potential for full time work or Job share (weekend) to help grow our business. We require an individual that is highly efficient and can improvise in stressful situations. We are looking for an individual with a 'Can Do' attitude, take pride in their work and would do whatever it takes to meet business objectives no matter how hard the task is.
Ideally you would have the following Experience/ Knowledge and Skills:
· Tailor Lesson plans ( for all subjects) for students in Primary and secondary school based on what they are currently learning at school and their overall educational goals
Develop student's long term Education Plan to ensure students complete their assignments, independent exams (OC/Selective/Scholarship/HSC/IB) or simply to accelerate students to stay at the top of their grade.
· Highly Academic, with attention to detail to vet and mark up all student work/assignments prior to submission
· You have Leadership/Management experience to manage a team of teachers and students; particularly to ensure all lesson plans ( online) are carried out efficiently and all work are completed to the highest standards
· You must be Effective and Efficient in your area of expertise and be able to transfer your skill set to the Education Planner role. (Ideally you are in the Education Industry, however, we are considering other candidates that are not in the Education industry, but are in some type of training role and would like a career change to work with children- Those that are highly proficient in English will be highly regarded)
·You are highly flexible with time and are able to work around the hours required to meet business needs. (Sunday shifts are mandatory ( other days can be added as additional shifts if proven capable to do the work.)
· You must be Proficient with Word/Excel/Power Point and Access applications.
· You are Structured and Process driven to ensure all lesson plans are prepared in a timely manner and relevant to student's educational requirements.
·You have Strong written and verbal skills to compose half yearly/yearly student reports to parent
·Build rapport easily with children & parents
·You may be required to expand other segments of the business as the business expands and grows.
Academic Requirement
·Bachelor Degree ( Ideally in either in one of the areas of Education/Commerce/Marketing/Communications /Media/Journalism/Training but other degrees will also be considered)
·Achieved an Atar or UAI of minimum of 90+ ( Unless your work experience can justify you are the right person for the role)
