Your Responsibilities:
- Observe Implement and evaluate service program ensuring it aligns with the EYLF and NQF.
- Support the team with the development and progression of their individual programs for their rooms.
- Facilitate a physical environment that reflects the educational program.
- Support established relationships with families.
- Foster the established collegiality of the team.
- Reflecting on the service programs, practice and pedagogy
- Implementing the assessment and planning cycle
- Building strong partnerships and fostering active involvement with communities and families.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrates understanding and of the EYLF and the Planning cycle.
- Early Childhood Teacher qualified with an ACECQA approved Degree.
- Experience in leading, guiding and empowering staff to attain their objectives, address challenges, and foster critical reflective practices.
- Sound knowledge of the NQF.
- Demonstrated ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with educators, families, and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check.
