About the roleReporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Coordinator -
Online Learning has the responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management system (LMS). The
Online Learning Coordinator will maintain, upload and test content and data, and support user engagement, generate reports and recommend system policies and procedures to enhance business and learning outcomes.This role is based at our head office in Adelaide and has the option of full or part-time (0.8) as well as flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

About youKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong desire to work in a team environmentExperience in customer support or end user support (helpdesk)Knowledge of Learning Management Systems/system administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to gather data, compile information, prepare reportsAnalytical mindset for data-driven decision-makingAbility to multi-task and prioritize workloadExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAble to establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholdersPreferred but non-essential Experience:
- Administration of Learning Management Systems
- Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot common LMS issues
- Experience in developing and delivering Online Learning programs
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, such as SABA, Cornerstone, UDEMY, SuccessFactors Learning, articulate 360, and multimedia tools for developing and delivering online content
- Qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the heavy equipment and mining industry is preferred, but not required
Additional Requirements:- Ability to maintain a valid passport
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
