Your new role 

As the EL2 Director – Hypercare and Reporting, you'll oversee a dedicated team ensuring smooth operations following the implementation of core enterprise systems. This pivotal role involves managing stakeholder engagement, prioritising issues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Extensive experience in project and hypercare management, ideally within large-scale government or corporate settings

• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms

• Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and influence decision-making processes

• Expertise in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Australian Citizenship is essential due to the nature of our client, a federal government department.
