Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage EL2 Director Hypercare for a 12-month assignment with potential extension in Adelaide CBD
About the Team
The Service Design Planning Branch is responsible for delivering on programs or projects as prioritised by the Agency. This will be achieved through monitoring and tracking the application of agreed ways of working that guide the Service Design Division.
The Hypercare Team support the national rollout of the PACE CRM. In addition, the team provide hypercare support for each major and BAU production release of PACE.
About the Role
The EL2 Director Hypercare is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The position is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned Contractors working within the work area.
The EL2 Director Hypercare will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high-level of decision-making and judgement. The role will be required to coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects and work program outcomes across the functions that have strategic or operational significance to the NDIA.
The position is responsible for initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Where required, it will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums.
Key skills required for role/s:

  • Deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools.
  • Evidenced ability to lead projects and Multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive decision making, and manage conflicting or challenging situations.
  • Experience in the use of Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong leadership, strategic organisation, influence and negotiation skills.
Desirable skills to haves for the role/s:
  • Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Detailed knowledge of NDIA operating systems, practice and processes.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Leading teams managing operational or technical PACE issues.
  • Chairing Senior Leadership collaboration meetings.
  • Prioritising and presenting options to Senior Executive Leadership.
  • Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process.
  • Developing frequent reports or deliver presentation on hypercare activities.
  • Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes.
  • Forward planning and development of improved strategies or processes to enhance existing hypercare processes.

It is highly desirable that the successful applicant understand or lived experience in the field of disability.
What's on Offer?
  • Position located in Adelaide CBD.
  • EL2 $754.20 per day + super
  • Temporary contract for 12 months, with possibility to extend
  • Standard Hours or work - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm - 7 & ½ hour days 5 days a week.
