Electrical and Communication Tradespeople

BJM Electrical and BJM Telecomms have proudly been completing work across South Australia and the NT for over 30 years, 

We are seeking Electricians with Communications trades for immediate start with dual trade ability highly desirable. We operate in a wide variety of sites from Schools and Universities to Wineries, Hospitals and manufacturing facilities.

BJM have seasonal FIFO work in central Australia Resort building for those that want to experience the outback, this is optional and not a requirement.

You may find yourself in a wide variety of work from Electrical commercial Install, Maintenace, Service calls including fault finding to Fiber Optic and Copper Structured Cabling systems including Network POE devices such as Cameras and Wireless Access Points. A diverse work environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge and gain extra training.

The hours are Monday to Friday with overtime as required by our customers.

The successful candidate will need to tick as many attributes as possible:

• Electrical trade qualification and Australian A Class License.
• Communication License. Endorsements would be an advantage.
• Current driver’s License

The below would be an advantage.

• Industrial and Commercial 
• Construction Induction Safety Certificate – White Card
• Current National Police Certificate – Police Clearance
• EWP ticket.
• Low Voltage Rescue and Resuscitation Certificate
• Confined spaces certificate an advantage.
• Consistent work history
• 2 listed references

Your greatest strengths will be to possess first-class technical skills combined with an ability to communicate with our Customers to meet or exceed their expectations, as well as enjoying working with evolving technology and equipment within the Electrical and Telecommunications Industries.

We supply a Company Vehicle, Uniform, Phone, Tablet and Specialty tools provided. All permanent trades persons get RDOs annual leave and good remuneration.
